We got accustomed to seeing god-like physiques in superhero movies. There has been much discussion of celebrity workouts and diets in the press in recent years, and fascination with hardcode body transformations.

The hardcore workout routines of actors like Chris Evans and Chris Pratt go viral, inspiring fans around the world to hit the gym. With millions of people aspiring to look like their favorite superheroes, Marvel and DC are undeniably responsible for making working out more trendy than ever.

Moreover, the searches for superhero workouts increase with pretty much every next superhero movie release. For example, there was a 400% increase in searches for Natalie Portman’s workout plan when Thor: Love and Thunder were released in July 2022 and there was a massive spike in Google searches for Gal Gadot in November 2021, when searches for her workout increased by 631%. Similarly, with the release of DC’s Black Adam, The Rock’s workout routine went up 53% while the searches for Henry Cavill’s Superman workout went up 240% when it was revealed he returned as the Man of Steel on the big screen.
